I need to start by saying that the Customer Service is PHENOMENAL!!!! ALL questions are answered quickly!!!! They really care about you and your child. I researched European formulas and wanted my grandson to have an authentic Organic formula as we do not have this in the US. My grandson has thrived and I am on my second order. Item arrived on time but dented
We live in Canada and I ordered 2 containers to trial product.
Product and baby: it took a full container for her to adjust from kendamil organic (cow) but she seems happy with it and tolerating well.
Shipping: Both containers were bent and dented however contents seemed to be intact. No puncture found and the seal was still airtight.
