Shipping & Returns

At Organic Formula Hub, we strive to ensure that all your orders are delivered to you in the best possible condition and within the promised timeframe. In this regard, we have established the following shipping and return policies to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping Policy:

We currently ship our products to customers in Canada and the United States. All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our Germany warehouse within 2 business days. Orders placed on FRIDAY German time will be shipped on the following Monday. All shipments ship via UPS. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes and or duties that may be charged by the carrier before arrival at your destination.

Depending on your location, delivery times may vary, but generally, our shipments arrive within 3-7 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped out.

Note: Product samples ship separately from Formula.

Return Policy & Cancellations:

We understand that sometimes, people make mistakes! If you reach out to us within 24 hours we can attempt to cancel your order. 

Please note that all refunds are subject to a 5% order processing fee.

We understand the value of your purchase and we apologize for any inconvenience, however, due to the nature of our products being perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, should you be completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach us at info@organicformulahub.com and we will get in contact with you to figure out how to remedy the situation.

Claims:

Please note that if your order is trackable and shows delivery, Organic Formula Hub is not liable for any damages or losses that may occur during shipping.

Organic Formula Hub reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any damaged items during shipping.

Disclaimer:

Please take note that boxes and cans may experience damage during shipping. We have no control over how shipping companies handle these items, so unfortunately, any boxes or containers that arrive dented are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to address your concerns and collaborate with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

Inventory:  

At Organic Formula Hub, we take pride in keeping our inventory current to ensure that our customers can access the products they love. Occasionally, due to unexpected demand or other factors, we may run out of stock. If this occurs, we will strive to inform you promptly and provide alternative options if they are available. In cases where we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and issue a prompt refund. We appreciate your understanding and support.
